A Javanese 18 ct gold ring with ruby cabochon set in oval bezel decorated with a filigree line around. It is round hooped with four triangular gold pieces gripping the ruby. This piece has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
