After the Kopust 1816 edition, although a foreword by the author's sons replaced that of Rabbi Dov Ber, as printed in the [Sudilkov] 1826 edition, and a foreword by the author's son Rabbi Chaim Avraham was added. Among others, he writes that he has reprinted the books of the Shulchan Aruch that were published in Kopust with additions that were found in a manuscript by his father.
