A RARE ENGLISH 18 CENTURY BASKET HILT BROADSWORD
An unusual example of early English basket hilt broadsword with chiseled steel guard and pommel featuring mythological lion heads and floral motif. Blade is single edged with two long grooves on each side.Ca. early 18th century.
