LOT EIGHT GERMAN FAIRING PORCELAIN PIG FIGURINES
A lot of eight Victorian era collectible German novelty fairing porcelain pig figurines including pigs in floral, column, mushroom, letter basket with a wax seal, sitting on leaf scenes, and others. They were prizes or trinkets when the large fairs were in their heyday. All figurines are painted in the same green and red, and peachy pink colors for the pigs and adorned with gilding. Several items are marked on the bottom. Circa: 1850s-1900s. German porcelain figurines and decor collectibles.
Dimensions: largest item: 4" x 2 3/4" in. Smallest item: 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" in. All measurements are approximate.
