RUSSIAN SILVER AND GUILLOCHE ENAMEL TRINKET BOX
A fine Russian trinket box of a rectangular shape, made of silver with a gilded interior, raised of four hemispherical legs decorated with acanthus leaves. Decorated with relief overlays set with cut diamonds and ruby cabochons, two hanging laurel wreath-shaped hoops on the sides, the lid is adorned with a gilt silver bull's head in a high relief, blue and white guilloche enamel, and gilt silver elements. Marked on the bottom with an 84 silver standard next to a female head in a kokoshnik turned to the left and other Russian hallmarks.
