Charles Napier Hemy, English, French, 1841 to 1917, color engraving on paper, Haul Aft, depicting a seascape scene with young fishermen. Titled and inscribed in the plate lower to the center. Circa: the first half of 20th century. Framed. Charles Napier Hamie was a British artist, representative of the Newlyn School, known for Landscape and Marine painting, stained glass design.
