ANTIQUE ENGLISH 9K GOLD AMETHYST AND PEARLS PIN
An antique late 19th - early 20th century gold pin. The brooch has an elongated form. The central faceted square amethyst gemstone is flanked by two flowers that are set with freshwater pearls. Hallmarks 9, 375, a shiled with three wheat sheaves and sword are on the backside. The shield hallmark indicated that the item was manufactured in Chester, England. Weight: 2.58 grams.
