Frances Pratt, American, 1913 to 2003, a watercolor on paper portrait painting depicting a girl facing forward, 1940. Signed lower left. Frances Pratt moved to New York City where she studied at the New York School of Applied Design for Women after which she studied at the Arts Students League.
