Oil on canvas painting by Andrey Semenov, born 1961, a Soviet and Russian artist based in Saint-Petersburg. The artwork depicts a night view of Leningrad with love couples and a dog in the foreground. Signed by the artist, titled In the City, dated 1989 on the backside of the canvas.
