Color lithograph print on paper by Sandu Liberman, 1923 to 1977, a Romanian artist of Jewish descent titled the Official Portrait Artist of Romania in 1952. The artwork depicts a portrait of mother and child completed in white and blue hues. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Marked AP, Artists Proof, in the lower left.
