Paul Richard Aho, American, born 1954, three paintings depicting colorful abstract compositions painted in oil and acrylic on wood panels, 2005. Each is signed by the artist and dated verso. Provenance: Weiss Auctions, ESTATE SALE, PAINTINGS, JEWELRY, AND MORE 5.17.2018, lots 1335, 1336, 1337. Note: Paul Aho is an abstract painter who was born in Milwaukee. He earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from Florida State in 1977 and a master of fine arts in painting from the University of South Florida in 1979. He has served as dean of the Armory Art Center School of Art in West Palm Beach, director of Palm Beachs Art in Public Places program, program director for the Palm Beach Photographic Centre in Delray Beach, and on the faculty of Palm Beach Community College.
