A vintage stainless steel automatic wristwatch by Rolex. Oyster Perpetual Datejust collection. Characteristic shape of the Oyster case, smooth bezel, Cyclops lens over the date, white dial with baton indexes. Link bracelet. Marked Rolex, 55 on the backside. Hand-engraved inscription on the backside of the bezel: Sept. 14, 48-73, To Tony on our 25th Anniversary, Forever Yours Charlotte. The Datejust series, first introduced in 1945, is the most recognizable Rolex collection. Collectible Luxury Clocks And Watches.
