Yoshiaki Utagawa, act.1880s, an original Japanese Meiji era Ukiyo-e military woodblock triptych Horse Racing at Shinobazu in Ueno depicting The Meiji Emperor, Empress and their attendants are watching the horse racing at the new race track at Shinobazu Pond in Ueno Park. Festivities include fireworks and decorated boats on the pond. Published by Ishijima Yae circa 1880s. Japanese Ukiyo E Woodblock Prints, Asian Artworks For Wall Decor.
