JAPANESE WOODCUT PRINT BY YAYOI KUSAMA RED 2014
A woodcut by Yayoi Kusama titled Red, 2014. The artwork is part of a series with the general title Mt. Fuji in Seven Colors. Mount Fuji is depicted in red against a bright blue sky with three houses in the foothills. Almost the entire work is created from a large and small dots, characteristic of Kusamas work. The series was exhibited at the Kyoto Museum of Contemporary Art in Japan in 2015. Numbered lower left 5 of 120. Signed and dated lower right.
