Levan Stepanyan was born in Tbilisi in 1968.
He graduated from the Tbilisi Academy of arts. Since 1994 he lives and works in Israel. Participated in exhibitions in Israel and abroad. Works are in private collections in Georgia, Russia, Germany, USA, Israel.
