מכתב בהלכה מאת רבי יהודה הכהן קרויס אב"ד לאקענבאך. תרפ"ח | 1928.
תוכן: נידון אודות, "איש רע מעללים, רע לשמים ורע לבריות", שברח מאשתו ועזבה לנפשה זה שנים רבות, וכעת בקושי רב הצליחו להשיגו בעיר רחוקה ע"י שליח, ושלחו גט פיטורין, אך נודע שהן לבעל והן לאשה היו שמות נוספים מעריסה שלא השתמשו בהם כלל, וכעת הדבר נוגע לדינא האם במקום עיגון רב אפשר להקל.
רבינו נו"נ בדברי האחרונים, מרן החת"ם והמהר"ם שיק שקראו, "בשו"ת מהר"ם שיק מאדמ"ו זי"ע", ועוד שבמקום עיגון ודיעבד אפשר להקל.

The Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Kraus was an important student of the Maharam Schick. In 1902 Rabbi Yehuda was appointed Rabbi of Lakenbach. He made Aliya in 1935 and died in 1939. His son-in-law, the Gaon Rabbi Meir Chaim Ungar succeeded him in Lakenbach.
