This photograph has been matted and signed by Astronaut Alan Shepard. It shows him receiving the Distinguished Service Medal from President John F. Kennedy. It is hand signed by Alan Shepard and is numbered 1510/2500. It comes with the original numbered COA from the United States Historical Society. This is in very good condition with light soiling on the front and back. The overall size is 11" x 14" matted.
