Japanese Order of the Rising Sun 7th Class Paulownia Medal with Case
Japan Order of the Rising Sun Medal, 7th Class. The Order of the Rising Sun, which has been issued since 1875, is awarded to military personnel and civilians alike. This medal is also known as the 7th Class, Green Paulownia Leaves Medal. This likely conflict-era badge has a metal hook contained in a white-centered ribbon with a red stripe to each side. Nice condition for its age.
