Vintage black lace party dress by Suzy Perette New York, sheath style with interfacing to give it body, back part of skirt has train-like folds, metal back zipper. Measurements laying flat are 17" bust, 13" waist, 18" hips, and length from shoulder to hem is 41 inches. In good condition with wear to lace on shoulder straps and a small hole in back of lace..
