Antique 1925 Schoolhouse Quilt Top Measuring 88 by 94 inches. It is comprised of 25 blocks, 11x14 inches, set straight, 5 by 5. There is a triple sashing of green print and shirting fabrics measuring 5 1/2 inches wide with red and yellow quarter square triangle cornerstones. There is a 2.5" green print inner border and 3" shirting outer border. Each of the schoolhouse blocks have hand embroidered initials. One has a name A. M. Lesher. Also in the center is the date 1925 and Xmas along with 2 more sets of initials. It is hand machine pieced and hand embroidered. It is just a top with no batting, backing, or quilting. It is in good condition with just a few small spots and discolorations. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance.
