Antique c1920 Childs Embroidered Quilt Top
Antique c1920 Childs Blue work Hand Embroidered Quilt Top or Bedspread Measuring 33x50 inches. The bedspread is a single piece of cotton fabric with 6 children's motifs including figures, toys, animals, and framed with hand embroidered blue work octagonal vignettes and scrolling motifs. Some very interesting motifs including a crying puppy and a bunny rabbit drinking from Victorian baby bottle. It is hand embroidered; the edges are finished with a white bias tape edging applied by machine. It is just the top, there is no batting, backing, or quilting. It is in good condition with a few dark spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $15 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance.
