Vintage Straight Razor by Hibbard, Spencer Bartlett & Co. Has black embossed scales with windmill scene, and has "82" stamped on inside. Has a blank face. Tang reads "Hibbard, Spencer Bartlett & Co Made in Germany" and reverse is blank. Has a square point blade, which is in overall good condition with minor imperfections and light tarnish noted.
