The important and sought-after book series "The World in Miniatures" deals with the traditional dress and customs of the inhabitants of the various countries. Before us the six parts of the series that deal with the Ottoman Empire in its customs, and the traditional dress of its inhabitants. The books are accompanied by 73 hand-painted engravings featuring over one hundred and fifty different costumes. Includes a Jewish engraving from the Ottoman Empire. Some of the engravings are depicted in French.
