Biographical memory written, according to Inocêncio, by the brother of Manuel Gomes de Sepúlveda. This soldier and colonial administrator, who was Governor of the Captaincy of Rio Grande de São Pedro and already as governor of the arms of Trás-os-Montes, was one of the leaders of the Revolt of Trás-os-Montes against the French army in 1808. Illustrated with a portrait by Manuel Gomes de Sepúlveda. Very rare.
