ALLIED JAPANESE SURRENDER LEAFLETS (2)
American propaganda leaflets dropped on Japanese soldiers during WWII encouraging Japanese soldiers to surrender. The leaflets state that Japanese soldiers will be treated well if they do surrender. One leaflet read on the verso, 'The bearer has ceased resistance. Treat him in accordance with international law. Take him to the nearest commanding officer. C.-in-C. Allied Forces.' Approx. 8 x 5 inches.
