Document from a man appointing a messenger to hand-deliver a get to his wife.
Rabbi Chaim Aryeh HaLevi Ish Horowitz approved and signed the document in his very handwriting. The document is also signed by the other dayanim (listed below) and includes the beis din’s seal.
Rabbi Chaim Aryeh HaLevi Horowitz was the ab"d of Krakow and a brilliant Torah scholar. He was raised by his illustrious grandfather, the Bar Livai. He authored Chayei Aryeh.
Rabbi Klonimus Kalman Gutwirth (1827-1902) served as a dayan in Rabbi Shimon Sofer's Beis Din until his passing..
Rabbi Avraham Moshe Kahana Rapaport (1872-1935) was the son of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch, ab”d of Krakow. He was a disciple of Rabbi Yosef Engel and eventually served alongside him in the beis din.
