Israel - FDC envelope "The Fourth Maccabiah 1953" sent to a philatelic association in Jerusalem for Dr. N. Bar Ness, with the opening stamp of the Fourth Maccabiah, including part of a Palestinian savings certificate - excellent condition

On the certificate it is written: savings stamp card, it must not be transferred. Kapil is opened for affixing savings stamps of approximately 750 mil to be replaced by a savings certificate, this will carry an interest rate of 3.15% and after 10 years will be worth 1.025 pounds
