Third Reich German Social Welfare Decoration 1st Class cased Neck Cross. Gilt highlighted black enameled eagle holding a gilt wreath/gilt swastika-mounted on a white enameled neck cross. Gold suspension loop with oak leaves and wide red ribbon with white borders.
