AN ILLUMINATED QURAN LEAF OF AYATS (VERSES) 70 TO 81 FROM SURAH HUD
This is an illuminated leaf of ayats (verses) 70 to 81 from Surah Hud سورة هود. The lot contains a part of the Surah of A'araf سورة الأعراف and the heading of the page. It is part of a Holy Quran (Quran Kareem) written in a Naskh font, handwritten in Persia.
Persia, 19th century or earlier.
Provenance: a New York private collection.
