Rebbetzin Schneerson was the wife of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchack Schneerson, the previous Chabad Rebbe. Wishing mazel tov to a distant relative of hers a Mazel Tov on her son's engagement and apologizing for being late with the wishes, as she was in poor health at the time and good wishes.
