מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י' שבט, תשכ"ג [1963]. "עשירי בשבט – יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר – שנת ההילולא הקן של כ"ק אדמו"ר הזקן".
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילה בכתב-ידו.
"מכתב כללי-פרטי" (בלשון חב"ד – מכתב שנשלח למספר אנשים בנוסח זהה, לעיתים עם תוספת מספר מילים בכתב-ידו של הרבי אל הנמען), נשלח אל המחנך הרה"ח אבא לוין בכפר חב"ד: "יהי רצון שיום סגולה זה ישפיע על כל אחד ואחת לפעול בכל אחד משלות הקוים דתורה עבודה (תפלה) וגמ"ח כפי אשר הורה בעל ההילולא, פעולות חדורות אור חיות והתלהבות חסידותים".
בשולי המכתב הפניות ומראי מקומות לנושאים ולרעיונות המובאים במכתב (לצד אחד מהם מופיע תיקון והוספת מילה בכתב-יד קדשו של הרבי).
