מכתב בחתימת-יד קדשו של האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ג' אלול תש"ח [1948].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק", בתוספת שתי מילים בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל שאר בשרו של האדמו"ר, שמואל מנחם מנדל שניאורסון (תרפ"ח-תשע"ט). במכתבו מברך האדמו"ר: "השי"ת יחזק את בריאותם וימלא משאלות לבבם לטובה ולברכה ויתן להם חיים טובים ומאושרים בגשמיות וברוחניות".
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "ש"ב ידידו המברכם", הוסיף האדמו"ר את המילים "בגשמיות וברוחניות" בכתב-יד קדשו.
