מכתב בחתימת-יד קדשו של האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ג טבת תש"י [1950].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק", עם האות יו"ד בכתיבה אשורית (בתחילת שמו השני) - חתימתו המיוחדת בשנה האחרונה לחייו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח דוד פרקוביץ בירושלים. במכתבו מברך האדמו"ר: והשי"ת ישלח לה רפואה ויחזק את בריאות כולכם ויתן לכולכם פרנסה טובה בהרחבה".
