"ביום חגנו הראשון להקמת מדינת ישראל... מביאה קרן היסוד את ברכתה לכל בית ישראל בארץ ובתפוצות", כרזה מאוירת מטעם "קרן היסוד" לכבוד יום העצמאות הראשון של מדינת ישראל. דפוס קואופ' "הפועל הצעיר", תל-אביב, 1949. עיצוב: האחים שמיר.
במרכז הכרזה מודפסת ברכה מטעם "קרן היסוד" לרגל יום העצמאות הראשון של מדינת ישראל: "כשם שזכינו להקים את מדינתנו כך נזכה לשכללה ולפארה ולקבץ בניה לתוכה מארבע כנפות הארץ...". סביב הברכה מסגרת גפנים ותפוזים. בראש המסגרת ענן שמתוכו יוצאים חצוצרות, שופר ודגלי ישראל. בתחתית המסגרת התאריך: "ה' באייר, תש"ט".
