10x 1963 $5 Red Seal United States Note Grades CU. Each 1963 five dollar red seal bill has serial number written in red ink. There is a red seal on the right hand side of the bill. All 1963 red seals were printed in Washington DC and feature a portrait of Abraham Lincoln in the center of the bill. You can also find the following wording on each bill, “United States Note, The United States of America, This Note Is A Legal Tender At Its Face Value For All Debts Public And Private, Will Pay To The Bearer On Demand Five Dollars”
