Rare Royal Doulton Sung Flambe Figurine A Spook
Experimental turquoise and cobalt blue glaze with shades of green, red face. When Tittensor first modeled The Spook, one wonders if he realized he was about to create one of the most enduring -and frequently reissued and reinterpreted- pieces to ever come out the Royal Doulton figure studio. Frequently imitated, this spook stands alone.
