Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton D7092 - Small - Royal Doulton Character Jug
Nelson-Naval uniform, grey hair; Lady Hamilton-White dress, auburn hair.
Lord Nelson led England to victory in the Battle of Trafalgar, but lost his own life. Lady Emma Hamilton secured supplies to Malta during it's French occupation. Nelson and Lady had a daughter, Horatia, born in 1801. This jug was issued by Lawleys By Post in a limited edition of 1,500 pieces.
