A SPINEL, RUBY AND DIAMOND RING
Set with an oval-cut spinel weighing 7.16 carat, within a pavé-set diamond and brilliant-cut diamond surround, accented with circular-cut rubies on the rim, to the plain hoop, mounted in 18K white gold, ring size 6½
Accompanied by a report from the GemResearch Swisslab, stating that the 7.16 carat natural spinel is "vibrant" orange-pink color, originates from Tanzania and has no indication of thermal treatment, report no. GRS2018-019116, dated 26th January 2018
The most outstanding spinels from this gem deposit in recent years, caused by traces of chromium and iron. Tanzania (Mahenge) is famous to produce rich and vivid vibrant color and also known for its exceptional clarity
