Silver pair of Biedermeier candlesticks
1st half 18th century, Silver stamped with assayer's mark Berlin Bear with by-sign K in a circle for assayer Johann Christian Samuel Kessner (1819-1854), guard's mark A in a circle for Balthasar Gottfried Ferdinand Andreack (1819-1842), master's mark "W.H" for Johann George Wilhelm Heinicke, master from 1816, tremolo line, from a square plinth rising round candlesticks decorated all around with stylised floral and ornamental elements with fluting and flared shoulder, fixed spouts and drip bowls, traces of age and use, somewhat dented, foot weighted, h each approx. 23 cm.
