Pair of magnificent figural candelabra
circa 1870, unmarked, gilt bronze, richly decorated, three-petal base, merging into a faceted, fluted shaft, this mounted in several parts with figural depictions of travelling folk, stylised floralisms, ornaments, acanthus leaves and egg stick, four floral candelabrum arms and a central spout, with screwable drip bowls of vine leaves, two drip bowls missing, not quite complete, slight signs of use, somewhat dented, h each approx. 56 resp. 56,5 cm.
