circa 1900, signed and titled on brass plaque "Risette a grand père/par F. Foucher", embossed circle mark Fontaine & Durieux Paris and model number 2257, terracotta earth-coloured painted, above an octagonal base with tiled floor an old man sitting relaxed on a chair, in front of him a toddler standing on tiptoe, stretching his right hand towards the man's face, good, expertly restored condition, pipe minimally bumped and slight paint abrasion on the back, h 35.5 cm.
