Mishneh Torah, HaYad HaChazakah by the Rambam, with varied commentators as printed in Vienna - Berlin, 1864-1866. Eight sections.
Four volumes with beautiful, original leather bindings with elegant impressed decorations. Minor scuffs and blemishes. Title pages with red lettering. Good overall condition.
Inside the books, on the margins of the leaves, many handwritten comments, some of them lengthy and significantת indicating their writer was a Talmid Chacham of stature who studied the Rambam diligently and wrote down his many conclusions and comments, as well as references.
On the flyleaves, varied ownership notations and signatures. Have not been examined.
