Shut Mitzpeh Aryeh, by the Gaon Rabbi Aryeh Leib ben Rabbi Avraham Yosef Broda and the son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Orenstein Av Beit Din of Lvov. First ediiton - Lemberg, 1880. [2], 63, [2] leaves. Approbation by the Gaon author's father-in-law. At its end, a lengthy responsum by the Gaon Rabbi Yechiel Michl Kristianpoler Av Beit Din of Brody.
Old binding. Some stains. Good overall condition.
On the title page, a stamp: "הצ' חיים חזקיאו מדיני המכונה חח"מ הי"ו" - the great Gaon Chacham Cheim Chizkiyahu Medini (1833-1905) one of the greatest Acharonim, the Rav of Hebron. Authored the famed series of books titled Sdei Chemed, 18 sections, after which he was known.
On verso of the title page, a dedication to Rabbeinu with many superlatives, in Rashi script integrated with square script, by "ארי' ליבוש אפאעהעקער מבוברקא".
