Shut HaBach by Rabbi Yosef Sirkish, one of the commentators of the Tur Beit Yosef and the Bach - First edition, Frankfurt am Main, 1697. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod no. 299
The book was approbated by Rabbi Yaakof Sassportas Av Beit Din of the Sephardic community of Amsterdam and Rabbi Yosef Shaul, Av Beit Din of Frankfurt.
The book contains responsum 5, which was ripped from most copies and which contains Rabbeinu's words: "המלעיג על דברי חכמים ומדבר דופי על חכמת הקבלה שהוא מקור התורה ועיקרה וכולה יראת שמים דפשיטא דחייב נידוי".
Some glosses (some of them lengthy) on the leaves of the book indicating they were written by a great, knowledeable Talmid Chacham.
