Sefer Nachalat Shimon on the Torah, by Rabbi Shimon Ashkenazi of Dobromil, a disciple of Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk, the Noam Elimelech - Polonne, 1821. [48] leaves. Stefansky Chassidut 391. New binding. Moth perforations and damage. Blemish affecting the restored title page. Some tears to the edges of some leaves, not affecting the text. Good overall condition.
Added to this edition are novella on the Torah, which did not appear in the first edition, and additions from the Torag of the Yeivi of Ostrohe, as noted on the title page: "ואזרנו כגבר חלצינו לאדפוסי אדרא פעם שנית בתוספת ביאור על כמה פרשיות אשר נחסרו בהדפסה ראשונה מהגאון המחבר... דהיינו בראשי’ חיי שרה ויצא וישלח ויחי בא בשלח תרומה צו שמיני ברכה... לזאת העתקנו על הפרשיות הנ"ל מספר היקר רב ייבי שחיבר הרב... מוה' יעקב יוסף מ"מ דק"ק אוסטרהא...".
