Корево Н.Н. Сеймовый устав для Великого Княжества Финляндского, высочайше утвержденный 20 июля 1906 года. С приложением и алфавитным указателем. СПб.: Гос. тип., 1913. – VIII, 390 с. Мягкая издательская обложка. Неразрезанный экземпляр. Формат 270х180 мм.
В целом хорошее состояние. Обложка выцвела на краях. Карандашная помета на нижнем листе обложки. Утраты по краям обложки. Мелкие утраты на корешке. Титульный лист немного загрязнен, нижний уголок замят. Загибы уголков страниц.
Великое княжество Финляндское, входившее в Российскую империю в 1809 года, имело свой парламент — Сейм, с выборными депутатами от всех сословий. Сеймовый устав для Финляндии 1906 г. содержал первый в Европе закон о выборах, давший женщинам равные права с мужчинами.
