Скороходов Иван Николаевич — владелец типографии, казначей совета детских приютов ведомства императрицы Марии.
Хорошее состояние. Книга убрана в новый переплет. На страницах встречаются лисьи пятна. Небольшая утрата на странице 279-280.
Первое издание Е.С. Шумигорского (1857-1920). Первоначально биография императрицы планировалась автором как 4-томный труд, однако отдельным изданием был выпущен только 1 том, заключающий в себе рассказ о жизни Марии Федоровны до восшествия на престол Павла I и описывающий условия, при которых создавалась ее нравственная личность в период времени, предшествовавшей ее самостоятельной политической и государственной деятельности.
