В целом хорошее состояние. Мелкие утраты на корешке. Немного потрепаны края страниц, в мелких надрывах. На внутренней стороне обложки и под росписью тиража владельческий штемпельный экслибрис. Небольшие загрязнения на крайних страницах. Заломы и надрыв по залому на нижнем листе обложки.
