Условно хорошее состояние. Потертости обложек; края сильно помяты, имеются мелкие надрывы. Крупные пятна от влаги на форзацах. Ржавые скобы. На страницах встречаются загрязнения. № 6. След от клея на сгибе форзаца. Небольшие пятна от влаги на краях страниц. Владельческая надпись карандашом на странице 22. № 10. Утрачены страницы 69-76. Крупная трещина в блоке. Пятно от влаги на верхнем крае страницы 1-2. Страницы 67-68, 77-75 отделены от блока. На верхнем крае страниц надорван верхний слой.
«Архитектура СССР» — иллюстрированный ежемесячный журнал, издававшийся в СССР с 1933 по 1992 годы. Печатный орган Союза архитекторов СССР и также Государственного комитета по гражданскому строительству и архитектуре. Освещал вопросы градостроительства (с июля 1933 по июнь 1941 ежемесячно, с 1942 по 1947 — не периодично; с 1948 по октябрь 1951 не издавался; с ноября 1951 вновь выходит ежемесячно.
