Хигер Ефим Яковлевич (1899-1955) — еврейский советский художник, график и книжный иллюстратор, живший и работавший в Ленинграде. Был мужем знаменитой преподавательницы советской балетной школы Натальи Александровны Камковой из класса А. Я. Вагановой. Дружил с Д. Хармсом, Е. Данько и О. Мандельштамом. Много и плодотворно работал в издательстве Academia, оформлял книги мировой классики.
